Troubleshoot Haltian NANO Tag reporting, position, and battery issues

Tag Not Reporting

  1. Check battery - Query battery level via API
  2. Verify coverage - Ensure sufficient EH Locators in area
  3. Check motion - Static tags report infrequently by design
  4. Network status - Verify gateway connectivity

Inaccurate Position

  1. Locator coverage - Need 3+ locators for accurate multilateration
  2. RF interference - Check for metal obstructions
  3. Locator placement - Verify locator positions are configured correctly

Short Battery Life

  1. Excessive motion - Vibrating equipment drains battery quickly
  2. Reporting interval - Consider longer intervals for static assets
  3. Environment - Extreme temperatures reduce battery capacity
