Haltian Studio (Web)
Web application for managing devices, sites, users, and keywords in your Haltian IoT deployment
Haltian Studio (Web) is the browser-based management application for your Haltian IoT deployment. You use it to organize your physical spaces, browse and manage devices, assign keywords, and control user access.

What You Can Do
Your role determines which features are available. The table below summarizes access across all roles:

Note
If you don’t see a feature described in this guide, your role may not include that permission. Contact your organization’s Manager to check your access level.
Application Layout
The Studio web application has three main areas:
- Top navigation bar — Switch between the main sections: Sites, Devices, and Organization (Manager/Designer only). Your profile menu is in the top-right corner.
- Sidebar — Each section has a sidebar with sub-pages. For example, the Sites section lists Sites, Buildings, Floors, and Zones.
- Content area — The main working area where you browse lists, view details, and make changes.
Sections
Sites
Manage your physical space hierarchy: sites (locations), buildings, floors with floor plans, and zones within floors. See Site Management.
Devices
Browse your device fleet by model type, by keywords, or as device groups. Search for specific devices by name, ID, or QR code scan. View detailed device information including location, measurements, diagnostics, and connectivity. See:
Organization
Managers and Designers access organization-level settings here, including user management and keyword management. See:

User Roles

| Manager | Full access — manages users, keywords, sites, and devices |
| Designer | Creates and edits sites, keywords, and device configurations |
| Installer | Views and edits devices, read-only access to sites |
| Viewer | Read-only access to all data |
