Browse devices organized by their assigned keywords.

Accessing Keywords Inventory

From the sidebar, tap By keywords under the Inventory section.

Browsing Keywords

  1. View the list of all keywords in your organization
  2. Use the Filter field to search for specific keywords
  3. Tap a keyword to see all devices with that keyword

Device List

After selecting a keyword:

  • View all devices assigned to that keyword
  • Tap any device to view its details
  • Device cards show key information at a glance

Understanding Keywords

Keywords are tags that categorize devices for logical organization. Common keyword uses include:

  • Device type grouping: “Temperature Sensor”, “Motion Detector”
  • Functional grouping: “HVAC System”, “Security”
  • Location grouping: “North Wing”, “Server Room”
  • Status indicators: “Active”, “Testing”, “Decommissioned”
  • Project codes: “Project Alpha”, “Phase 2”
