How Tags Work

Tags communicate with Haltian EH Locators using Wirepas 5.2 Direct Advertisement (DA) protocol:

  1. Tag broadcasts BLE advertisement packets
  2. Multiple locators receive the signal
  3. Signal strength (RSSI) data sent to cloud
  4. Position calculated via multilateration
  5. Location displayed in Haltian IoT Studio or custom apps
